- General home inspections
- Pre-purchase inspections
- Pre-listing inspections
- Property condition observations
- Inspection reports
- Customer support and scheduling assistance
- Other related services offered by the Company
The exact scope of any inspection will be determined by the inspection agreement, service description, applicable standards of practice, and any written terms provided at the time of booking.
2. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the website in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect information from the website

3. Scheduling and Appointments
Inspection appointments are subject to availability. Scheduling requests are not confirmed until accepted by Right Way Home Inspection.
You agree to provide accurate contact information, property information, access details, and any other information needed to complete the inspection.
You are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled time, including access to utilities, attic spaces, crawl spaces, basements, garages, electrical panels, mechanical systems, and other areas included within the inspection scope.
If the inspector cannot access required areas or systems, the inspection may be limited, rescheduled, or subject to additional fees.
4. Inspection Scope and Limitations
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of readily accessible systems and components at the time of inspection.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the inspection does not include:
- Destructive testing
- Code compliance certification
- Engineering analysis
- Environmental testing
- Mold testing
- Pest inspection
- Lead, asbestos, radon, or water quality testing
- Appraisal or valuation
- Warranty or guarantee of future condition
- Prediction of future defects or failures
- Inspection of inaccessible, concealed, or unsafe areas
The inspection report reflects the observed condition of the property at the time of inspection only. Conditions may change after the inspection.
5. No Guarantee or Warranty
Right Way Home Inspection does not guarantee that every defect, issue, or condition will be discovered. The inspection is limited by visibility, accessibility, weather, occupancy, utilities, property condition, and other practical limitations.
The inspection and report are not a warranty, insurance policy, guarantee, or certification that the property is free from defects.
You should consult qualified specialists when further evaluation is recommended or when concerns exist regarding specific systems, structures, safety issues, environmental conditions, or repairs.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Reviewing the inspection agreement before the inspection
- Ensuring property access
- Confirming utilities are active when required
- Reading the full inspection report
- Asking questions about unclear findings
- Obtaining further evaluation by qualified professionals when recommended
- Making independent decisions regarding purchase, sale, repair, negotiation, or ownership of the property
You should not rely on verbal comments alone. The written inspection report is the official inspection deliverable.
7. Fees and Payment
Inspection fees are due as stated at the time of booking or according to the inspection agreement.
We may require payment before the inspection report is released. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, electronic payment, cash, check, or other approved methods.
Failure to pay may result in delayed report delivery, cancellation of services, collection activity, or additional fees where permitted by law.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the appointment type, timing, property location, and inspector availability.
We reserve the right to charge cancellation, rescheduling, travel, or access-related fees if an appointment is canceled late, the inspector is unable to access the property, or the inspection cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control.
Specific cancellation terms may be provided at the time of booking or in the inspection agreement.
9. Inspection Reports
Inspection reports are prepared for the client who ordered and paid for the inspection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reports may not be transferred, sold, altered, or relied upon by third parties without written permission from Right Way Home Inspection.
Unauthorized reliance on an inspection report by third parties is prohibited. Any third party who receives or reviews a report does so at their own risk unless a separate written agreement is executed with Right Way Home Inspection.
